Today attorneys Peter J. Guala and Morrie I. Levine gave their continuing legal education (CLE) presentation titled “The Corporate Transparency Act – The Questions Attorneys and Companies Should Be Asking.” The lecture was successfully conducted via Zoom and was a legal education course to members of The Florida Bar.

In addition to the opportunity to receive CLE credit, the lecture offered attendees an exploration of much of the important beneficial ownership information filing requirements applicable to U.S. and foreign reporting companies pursuant to the Corporate Transparency Act.
